Steven Katz is from a wealthy family of rural Californian landowners. Nick, Suki, and Ollie, sons of field laborers, are his actual buddies, despite the disapproval of his parents. The bunch cannot be separated. Steven, though, is agitated. He's starting to admit that his feelings for Nick go beyond simple friendship.
