It is a process that is best applied to organisations with jobs requiring people to use their judgment in the course of their daily work.

This Guide is written to help Champions for Change bring about a change in the process of leadership and management. Champions for Change are those inside organisations whose task is to improve the performance of organisations by focusing on the psychological wellbeing of employers and employees. Champions are usually drawn from a pool of managers, organisation development specialists, occupation health specialists, health and safety specialists and human resources specialists.
