Great Linford : A Medieval Village at Milton Keynes

This volume contains a report on the excavation of the medieval village earthworks, including the post-mill, manor and church at Great Linford, Bucks, now part of the new city at Milton Keynes.

A study of the historical evidence for the parish sets the excavations in their historical context.

A substantial part of the report is devoted to a full description and illustration of the finds: some 500 artefacts and the medieval and post-medieval pottery.
