Saving Black America : An Economic Plan for Civil Rights

Divided into three sections that address the current state of affairs, the goals that need to be set to improve them, and the methods necessary to reach those goals, this study addresses such contradictions as African Americans spending less than three percent of income on black-owned businesses and the deterioration of the black community under an increasing number of elected black officials.
