New Zealand Sea Fishing : From Rock, Beach, Estuary and Boat

Fishing is one of New Zealand's most popular recreational activities.

Throughout the year more than one million Kiwis take the opportunity to fish for sport and fresh food to eat.

It is an age-old activity that began in this country with the arrival of the Maoris and continued with the early settlement of the Europeans.
