She has travelled widely in the East, and here draws on her knowledge of the cooking of Laos, Thailand, Java, Vietnam, China and Japan.

Covering meals for two, or larger parties of up to 12 or 16 people, the book includes detailed shopping lists and step-by-step instructions.
