When Spartans used to train their citizen, almost every citizen persuaded as soldier of nation, their adamant attitude towards physical fitness no doubt, brought plenty of vigor men, almost, a well disciplined robust and healthy army with the aim to clinch the title and land from world. Perhaps it was blander mistake on the side of Spartans as they were focusing only on physical and motor fitness and not on functional fitness. Physical and motor fitness are somehow related to body, functional fitness raise the alarm of mind to discover the new approach, intensity to given task or work. R. Cassidy defined meaning of functional fitness via mental fitness.
