Eyelet greetings cards

Eyelets have always been a good way of attaching layers to cards, but nowadays they come in a huge range of sizes and colours, many with shaped inserts to add to their decorative appeal.

Polly Pinder's shows how to attach eyelets using specialist piercing and setting tools and a hammer and cutting mat that most crafters will already own.

The attaching process is then as simple as banging in a nail!

Polly's wonderfullly creative designs show how to create six cards using eyelets in a variety of innovative ways: as flowers in a vase, seeds in a sunflower, autumn leaves or threaded with ribbon or chain to suspend a golden heart or a framed family portrait, or with gold thread to create the sun's rays.

Templates are provided wherever necessary and there are many beautiful pictures to inspire all card makers, from beginners to experienced crafters.
