Earth Government : A blueprint for a radical new future

This paper represents a blueprint for the establishment of an Earth Government that provides better leadership of our global community and better management of our planet's resources. Whilst it is recognized that this is no mean feat and will not happen overnight, it is proposed that it can be achieved within a relatively short period of time with the right political climate and will. Humanity has to unite as a species, stop fighting one another and pursue a course of peace if we are to survive - we have to put our cultural and political differences aside and accept one another if we are to survive and make it to the 22nd century and beyond.
