Environmental Studies is an exciting new course written specifically for the new Ghanaian Primary Environmental Studies syllabus.

It consists of six Teachers Books for years 1-6 and three Pupils books for years 4-6.

The three Teachers Books for lower primary have been written by experts to guide teachers through the new syllabus.

Particular emphasis is laid on providing practical ideas and guidance for teachers who may have limited teaching resources.

Each book includes sample lesson plans and a large number of suggested teaching activities for each unit. "Environmental Studies Teacher's Book 2" is written for the first year of the syllabus.

It covers the knowledge, understanding and skills required for Primary 1.

It guides the teacher to: identify teacher and learning materials; prepare schemes of work and lesson plans; manage the classroom effectively; select activities which encourage maximum pupil participation.
