Drama, 5-14 : A Practical Guide to Classroom Drama

This is a photocopiable pack of 24 drama lesson plans, designed for the non-specialist teacher of drama.

The lessons are topic-based and many of the themes are already familiar to pupils.

The contents include "Little Red Riding Hood", the Egyptians and the "Diary of Anne Frank".

The plans are written for Key Stages 1-3 of the National Curriculum in England and Wales, and for Levels A-E in Scotland.

Target ability level is signalled at the beginning of each plan, together with a list of outcomes for assessment purposes.

The required resources and classroom organization are listed, and the lesson plans are cross-curricular.
