Developing Responsiveness : College-Employer Interaction

This work investigates the nature of interaction between colleges and employers, looking at the factors promoting or inhibiting success.

The report was commissioned by the Further Education Funding Council, the Council for Industry and Higher Education, and the Department for Education and Employment.

The results are presented here, and a functional model for college management and development of interaction with employers is provided.
