Action Picture Test (4th ed)

An assessment set designed for screening and for gauging a child's speech and language development.

Ten colour action pictures are supplied which the examiner holds up in front of the child.

A specific question (printed on the back) is then asked about each picture and the child's responses are scored for both information and grammatical content.

It is norm-referenced at six-monthly intervals, so that comparisons can be made between children of a similar age.

This new edition includes a photocopiable scoring form to facilitate the assessment of the child's progress.

The assessment is designed for children of three to eight years of age.
