The public manager case book: making decisions in a complex world

This collection of eight public administration cases helps students practice the decision-making skills they need in their jobs as public managers.

Each case includes substantial background data such as budgeting priorities, political imperatives and zoning issues and requires students to reach decisions or recommendations through a process of interacting with other students in the class.

All cases are class-tested and appropriate for advanced undergraduate or postgraduate students in public administration and public policy courses.
