Detective Danny Rourke (Affleck)'s life is all but destroyed when his daughter, Minnie (Ionie Olivia Nieves/Hala Finley), is abducted.

In therapy, Danny claims is he is ready to return to work after the tragic event, and is immediately thrown into a bizarre and dangerous case involving a suspicious man known as Dellrayne (William Fichtner) who is somehow able to manipulate strangers into doing his bidding through a process called Hypnotics.

While investigating an elaborate heist involving a bank robbery, Danny finds a photo of Minnie with instructions to find Dellrayne.

How is Dellrayne connected to Minnie's disappearance and will Danny be able to find her and stop this criminal mastermind?
