An important and necessary element in education quality management are the requirements of all stakeholders, including employers, for the level of training of specialists in HEIs.

These requirements, first of all, are a set of professional characteristics that a specialist should possess in his/her field of professional activity.

In addition, employers are interested not only in professional characteristics, but also in the level of physical and mental health of the graduate.

Stressing the connection between health and future professional activity, some authors draw attention to the fact that health is the "most important" aspect of professionalism, others that it is reflected in the "psychophysical readiness of a specialist".

Thus, there is a need to quantify the level of a specialist's possession of the required qualities.

As it is difficult to measure this level directly, instead of measuring it, it is better to talk about creating an information evaluation system or calculating an integral criterion of quality using indirect indicators with different scales and units of measurement.
