This is a texbook developed for a VLSI circuit design course series (EEE598) that the author has been offering in the Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.

The materials are organized into eighteen special topics covering the principles, the circuit design techniques and the applications of VLSI modulation in signal processing, data conversion, power amplification and power management.
