ICT in the classroom pocketbook

Using clear, concise language, supported by helpful illustrations, the new pocketbook first reviews the different types of ICT hardware and their uses, and then explains what types of software are available (cross-curricular, subject-specific and assessment software) and how to make an informed selection.

There are separate chapters on using ICT for teaching and for learning, followed by a further chapter on how to get the best from the internet.

Inclusion issue and how students can benefit from using ICT at home are also dealt with.
