The Survivalist

Dystopian post-calamity thriller from writer/director Stephen Fingleton.

Martin McCann stars as the Survivalist, a man living off the grid and his own land in a time of food shortages due to economic and societal collapse in an isolated forest in Northern Ireland.

His perfect existence is shattered by the arrival on his doorstep of Kathryn (Olwen Fouere) and her daughter Mija (Mia Goth) who are looking for food and shelter.

They strike an uneasy bargain, but as Kathryn plots to get rid of him, the years the Survivalist has spent on his own begins to take its toll and his grip on reality starts to loosen.
