Chet Walker returned to Kansas when his brother Burt faced trouble at the Flying W.

Five years in Montana had enabled Chet to accept that Burt had won the girl they both loved but he was not prepared for the big trouble that awaited him.He had hardly set foot on home range when guns began to roar, and he was the prime target.
