In this penultimate volume the authors pursue methodological aspects of criminal law research and sources of criminal law, the scientific foundations of criminal law policy, theoretical issues of the constituent elements of crime, criminal responsibility and punishment, and methodological issues of the Special Part of the Criminal Code, with some consideration of foreign doctrines and legislation.
