Forged documents made and used by staff in a british university.

The forgery was confirmed, in writing, by the police in 1987.

Instead of a prosecution being started the government censored the situation (giving no explanation). What the government did, ensured that a prosecution did not start when there was evidence to start a prosecution, was contrary to proper legal procedure. The censorship has remained in place up to the publication date of this book.

We believe that the end of the censorship is imminent.

When it ends the government will have to give an explanation for it's 1987 decision to block legal proceedings and impose censorship on this affair.

The book is an abridgement of "The Cathays Files 25", 6th edition, with additional details and comments.
