For as long as she can remember, Amanda Jo Ketchings dreams of a successful career as a fashion designer in New York City. On a scale of one to ten, chances of seeing her dream come true rings in on a big fat zero. The same odds hold true for her chance of snagging a date to the prom. Or next week's basketball game.
