Guidelines on evidence-based policies and decision-making for sustainable housing and urban development

The Guidelines are a practical reference document on approaches to evidence-based policy-making for policy-makers involved in development and implementation of policies on housing and urban development at all levels of governance.

The Guidelines can be used at all stages of the policy making - from agenda setting and policy formulation to the implementation/review and evaluation.

Application of these Guidelines is an important resource for the analysis of the approaches to review the progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), especially SDG 11
