MaLT Computer-adaptive Diagnostic Maths - Singler User

This MaLT Computer-Adaptive Testing (CAT) program is sensitive to each pupil's answers to a test, selecting and presenting new questions that are optimally matched to his or her performance, and opening up a new dimension of diagnostic error analysis.

This single-user (non-networkable) version is designed specifically for individual assessments, by special needs and learning support staff, and can also be installed on a laptop, for use by peripatetic teachers. * MaLT CAT tests are taken fully on-screen: the program automatically matches questions to the pupil's own performance, and records errors as well as correct answers * MaLT CAT lets you create fully standardised progress tests and diagnostic tests across a wide ability range (from NC level 2 to 7+) * MaLT CAT progress tests draw on the complete question bank and give standardised scores, percentiles and national curriculum levels! * ! or you can define your own test parameters to create your own diagnostic tests * MaLT CAT tests all provide diagnostic error analysis, to pinpoint misunderstandings, misconceptions and individual learning needs * MaLT CAT also generates detailed individual profiles and progress reports.The MaLT CAT comes with a two-year licence, sets no limit on the number of assessments which can be made, and does not rely on a possibly fragile Internet connection.
