Included are values attributable to "going concern", records, trade name, patient loyalty, etc. Each report includes state, region, the valuation reason, practice gross income, goodwill value and goodwill value expressed as percent of practice gross income.

The Goodwill Registry includes all reasons for valuation including divorce.
