Working Multi Ethnic

This text is based on research that focuses on what happens once minorities enter the organization.

The aim was to get a better understanding of the processes in multi-ethnic work groups and to make suggestions on how to get them more effective.

For this study, the experinces of minority and majority workers in multi-ethnic work groups were researched.

Special attention was paid both to performance and well-being.
