Tales of the Leap

There is a force within us. It leads to exploration of life’s mosaic in different ways. It leads us to leap into unknowns and leads us to a vision of our inner selves. The book is a description of a life-long gallery of events which began with a child, born in the middle of WWII, who finds she has a growing desire to succeed on her own. We travel with this medical doctor as she grows up in the Communist country of Yugoslavia, then builds her new life in England, Sweden and the USA, sharing the painful and joyful stages of her triumphs and tragedies. It is an intimate exploration of many events with powerful descriptions of journeys to self discovery triggered by unforeseen forces: career paths, divorce, moving to new countries, finding new relationships and her mother’s death—events shattering her life and leading to a spiritual awakening, self discovery and the power of connection between soul and mind.
