American Independence : The Spanish Secret

The American Revolution was fought north, south, east, and west of the original 13 colonies and is much more colorful than the limited view typically taught in schools. Our hero of the south is Bernardo de Galvez, Governor of the Spanish territory called Louisiana. His exploits may not be common knowledge, but the places named after him, such as the City of Galveston in Texas and the Parish of St. Bernard in Louisiana, are familiar to many.
