A Pyrate Tale - Fifty Years in Port Royale; and Other Stories

Based on Captain Charles Johnson's "A History of the Pyrates," the title tale offers a pirate account of a Port Royale that does not fall into the sea until well after the actual earthquake that destroyed the historical Port Royal.

Other stories include a ghost who first appeared in a work of fiction, but haunts -- and works in -- a 21st century used book shop, a very Victorian Christmas ghost story, a venture through a mirror into a properly irrational Elvish land, and a few short pieces.

The stories, ghosts and all, tend to be fantasy blended with historical fiction.
