The important physician Victor F. Weisskopf said: "the most important problems in physics can be explained in simple terms, without using complex equations or mathematical demostrations" . And this is the real message of the present book, leaving to others the task of confirming or invalidating it with more specialist considerations what I wrote here. I just wanted to stimulate the fantasy, treating old problems from an uncommon point of view and, up to now, I have not found contradictions in what I stated.
