Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common yet complex childhood disorder that requires a multimodal, multidisciplinary treatment approach.

After formulating its evidence-based guidelines for diagnosing and treating ADHD, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Project Advisory Committee (PAC) overseeing the implementation of the ADHD diagnosis and treatment clinical guideline developed this comprehensive tool kit.

Divided into 4 sections, the kit recognizes ADHD as a chronic condition and provides tools to help the clinician involve parents, teachers, and others in an effective ADHD management plan.

Parent and teacher tools are provided in both Spanish and English.
