Seal of Approval

When the Rev. Hector Tilman takes up his new post as Rector of Loxton Church his daughter, Amie, finds she highly disapproves of his patron, the stiff and haughty 7th Earl of Loxton, much preferring his carefree, easygoing younger brother, The Honourable Philip. She particularly dislikes the earl's attitude towards his young daughter and resolves to champion her cause despite warnings from her family not to interfere in the earl's business. But Amie is a determined young lady who takes after her feisty grandmother and is not so easily put off.
