ABOUT THE AUTHOREngineer, artist, educator, and former race car driver, Jeffery Thompson resides with family in Portland, Oregon in the St Johns Neighborhood.

In Pursuit of the Missing Day is the first historical novel in the Scientific Light and Illustration series.

Jeffery shares his lifelong passion for engineering and art through workshops for children of all ages.

He is the founder of Ten80 Education's National STEM League which was endorsed by Change the Equation as one of four Exemplary and Scalable STEM programs nationally. These novels will be accompanied by project workbooks for readers, teachers and students that are inspired to really get involved as modern tinkers, makers and innovators.
