It is packaged in an easy to use electronic format, making it possible to search the directory's databases using a wide range of search criteria, and to find exactly the materials and support being sought. Minimum system requirements are 486 IBM compatible PC, with 8Mb RAM, Windows 3.1 or higher, 640 x 480 display with 256 colours, 3.5 inch floppy disk drive, mouse and keyboard.
