Though we tread our different paths in life, for all of us there are significant moments, perhaps arising from chance meetings or small incidents, when life takes on a new meaning.

We gain new insights and perhaps we even glimpse what is to come.

At every stage, it is important to observe, learn and develop, and to be ready to see each day as a new beginning for a happier and brighter future.

In this selection of poetry by Jacqueline Lesley Davies Bell, the author shares the experiences and lessons of her own Journey Through Life.

This is the author's first book of poetry, which she started writing later in life.

She is now seventy-one and is retired from teaching Speech and Drama, gaining her qualifications from LAMDA.

After many years of being a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and even great-grandmother, she now has the time to do something for herself - writing to share all of her experiences.
