Progressing from simple to complex, the presentation will begin with an orientation to terminology and foundational clinical information associated with fetal heart rate monitoring.

How to interpret baseline values and uterine activity is followed with examples of common deviations and interpretation of such.

After this presentation of foundational information are case studies of either an individual or unfolding nature to allow the viewer to apply the knowledge while interpreting the findings and identifying the correct corresponding nursing interventions.

The level of content and delivery would be applicable to both staff nurses and to upper level nursing students.
