Evaluation of conductive education for children with cerebral palsy : final report, Part 1

Conductive education for children with cerebral palsy was imported from the Andras Peto Institute for Motor Disorders in Budapest to the Birmingham Institute for Conductive Education and was evaluated by a team from the School of Psychology, University of Birmingham, sponsored by the Department for Education.

Part 1 of the team's final report summarizes the background and context of conductive education and the main findings of their assessment of its effectiveness in the UK when compared with existing methods of special education.
