English for Use in the Way of Tea

This handbook was compiled to aid communication between Japanese and English speaking practitioners of the Way of Tea.

For both students and instructors it should be useful for learning the basic tea vocabulary in either language, as well as explaining or comprehending instructions and activities among those not fluent in both languages.

Simple line drawings help illustrate key concepts and actions, while a number of brief skills allow practice in either language.
