This is the 12th edition of an annual directory providing financial and market profiles on the leading unquoted companies in Britain. 20,000 companies are split across two alphabetically-listed volumes, which are divided by turnover.

This provides an instant snapshot of each company for the business researcher.

Each entry includes key personnel, contact details, parent company details, and details of trade, as well as a three-year financial history.

Volume 1 includes four industry league tables, showing return of capital and the average profit margins, in the classifications Production, Distribution and Services.
