Politics and Philosophy in the Early Novels of Ramon J.Sender 1930-1936 : The Impossible Revolution

In his early novels Ramon J. Sender concerned himself with the historical background to the socio-political problems of the 1930s and the moral qualities of those involved in the revolutionary struggle, in particular the anarchists and communists with whom he became involved.

The novels show his attempt to reconcile his socio-political views with his philosophical ideals.
