This edition has been revised and expanded to include the new arrangements under the national ancillary relief scheme, changes to domestic violence protection, disputes between cohabitees and pension provision.

The letters, drafted for privately funded and legally aided cases, aim to satisfy the requirements of the Legal Services Commission and the SFLAs Code of Good Practice. The book comes complete with a floppy disk containing all the letters in the book.
