This second volume of the final report brings together all of the previous eight reports in their original form and also includes a CD-ROM with video footage of site damage, investigation website and pdfs of the documents.

None of the reports have been abridged because to do so would diminish their usefulness as an accurate record of the Buncefield Board's work over the thirty-four months of existence.

This collection of reports should be useful for anyone with a responsibility for bringing into effect the recommendations or for understanding them, and for those with an interest in how the Board's thinking developed over the period of its tenure.
