The Modern Law Review

Noted for its progressive, reformist approach, "The Modern Law Review" has for over 50 years provided a forum for the critical examination of contemporary legal issues and the functioning of law in society.

The "Bound Volume", published every February, is a reference resource which reproduces the previous year's issues in a single hardback volume.

Key issues of legal scholarship are addressed in the articles, many international or comparative in approach, as are the critiques of recent legislation and reports.

These sections are complemented by case notes discussing cases of current relevance, wide-ranging review articles and book reviews.
