Volume Graphics 2006 (3 Rev ed)

This book contains the papers presented at the International Workshop on Volume Graphics, organized by the Eurographics Association together with the IEEE CS Visualization and Graphics Technical Committee (VGTC), which took place from July 30 - 31, 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

VG06 aims to bring together researchers from both academia and industry who are working, or wish to work, on volume graphics.

The workshop continues to explore the potential of volume-based techniques beyond the scope of volume visualization as it is currently practiced.
