Quartext Plus-Six Pack BBC 80t

Quartext is a microcomputer program for students of English.

The pack contains two disks. One disk contains six game-like exercises - Juggletext, Punctuation Stripper, Word Changer, Word Inserter, Word Deleter and Textbuilder, which provide practice in vocabulary, grammar, reading skills, punctuation, spelling and text construction.

The second disk contains sample texts taken form the Longman Classics series.

The pack is for use with existing Quartext textfiles and files created using Textloader.

The exercises are suitable for students of widely differing ability and, with Textloader, can be adapted to meet the needs of particular students and can be used in class or for self-access, allowing students to work at their own pace.
