Jesus My Hero

After Halloween, my 2-year-old son (at the time), Ivan, developed a sudden fear of monsters and being in the dark. He started struggling to sleep. He would often wake up - in tears - saying: "monsters...I'm scared..." Following that, my husband and I regularly tried to explain who Jesus Christ is to him but he didn't understand. So I decided to make a Christian (Christ Focused) self-care and self-confidence children's book, that simplifies who Jesus is.

The book is called "Jesus My Hero" because he died on the cross for our sins. He is the ultimate superhero! The book is only 10 spreads (20 pages) long, so it can be read every night to our little ones and when they're old enough, they can read it themselves!

Jesus My Hero addresses Jesus' power in the matters of fear, loneliness, uniqueness, sickness, anxiety, and general everyday needs (i.e school life) - all of which affect our young (and older) children in this day and age.

The book also has children with different complexions because representation matters.
