The following collection of over one hundred poems and poetic tales are diverse in nature, and written with the hope to inspire spiritual enlightenment to the reader whilst exploring the mystery of our existence. Humour, sadness, life, death, love, hate, peace and war are some of life's ingredients which seem to complete my morning's recipe of words for each of my poems ...for I awake at daybreak with dreams caught tales to tell.

Some of my work may seem bizarre or macabre, however ...old ghosts forever hover and they are often very demanding in a haunting kindly way.

It is when I awake from my world of dreams ...half asleep within the twilight zone ...with the feelings, and often memories which haunt me ...from the interpretations within these first waking moments of the dawn spent in-between that I catch my words, for at least from all my suffering I have found one key ...Poetry.
