'My name's Elsa. We used to live in a lovely house, but then my stepfather lost his job and now we live in a "family room" at the Royal Hotel.

What that means is that me, Mum, Mack, and my little sister Pippa and baby Hank the Hunk are all jammed into one room - and we really get on each other's nerves.
