Mina May is a fluffy orphaned kitten who is attempting to survive in the big city.

Protected by her beloved friend, Dot the dinosaur, Mina May is trying to be the best kitty she can be.

But as she is about to discover, it is much harder to keep her gigantic best friend hidden in Central Park than she ever imagined. After Dot steps in and rescues Mina May from a gang of bully cats, they both notice a strange-looking creature in the tree above them.

Curious, Mina May decides to climb up and investigate.

Soon, she and Stanley, a genius sloth with a thirst for adventure who has just escaped the zoo, become friends.
